When it comes to finding a suitable location in which to host your next meeting, conference or corporate event you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere more convenient than a Tavistock Leisure-owned hotel.
Best Western Roker Hotel at Roker, Sunderland, Best Western Grand Hotel and Hartlepool are all well equipped to cater for business functions involving various numbers of delegates and/or guests and are easily accessible for local, national and international organisations by road, rail and air.
Each venue offers a variety of function and meeting rooms to cater for events and meetings of various sizes and styles with tailored and set packages available to cater for each gathering’s specific needs.
Further up the North East coast and Best Western Grand Hotel in Hartlepool is ideal for larger functions, with a choice of four rooms available to cater for anywhere between 17 and 220 attendees.
Day delegate rates are available here for a minimum of eight guests and start from £25 including room hire, flipchart with paper an pens and a wide range of refreshments such as a fresh seasonal fruit basket, complimentary sweets, iced water, three servings of coffee and tea, a morning breakout basket with biscuits and muffins and a choice of two course lunch in the restaurant or sandwich served in the meeting room.
This can be extended to include overnight accommodation with a two course Table d’hote dinner and breakfast for £100 per person single occupancy or £85 per person sharing a twin or upgraded to a premier package with a three course dinner and fork buffet lunch for £110 and £95 respectively.
The largest hotel in the Tavistock Leisure portfolio is Best Western Roker Hotel, which can cater for between 30 and 350 guests/delegates depending on the preferred layout of the room.
The Roker hotel offers a choice of day delegate rate starting at £22.50 per person and an Executive rate of £26.50 per person, which includes extra tea and coffee, pastries fork buffet lunch and a fruit bowl.
The same 24 hour rate of £100/£85 per person also stands if you wish to include a two course dinner or £110/£95 for three courses at dinner and an upgraded lunch.
For a limited time only Best Western Roker Hotel is reducing its standard day delegate rate to just £19.50 per person if a minimum number of 12 delegates attend.
