Location
 From the South leave the A1(M) at junction 60 and turn right onto the A689 signposted for Hartlepool. Contiune on the road for 11.8 miles. Turn left onto Victoria Road and the hotel is located on the right hand side.
 From the North leave the A19 and join the A179 signposted Hartlepool. Continue along the A179 for 4.4 miles towards Hartlepool. After 4.4 miles take the third exit off the roundabout onto Raby Road, follow the road for 1 mile, bear right onto Swainson Street and arrive at the hotel.
