Terms and Conditions

Extra Occupancy
All double/twin/superior bedroom rates are based on 2 people sharing. Any additional people sharing a bedroom will be charged £15.00 per person per night (including children over 12 years).

Confirmation Requirements
A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 7 days. To confirm each reservation we will require a credit/debit card to act as a guarantee

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation charge will apply to any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date. The cancellation charge, of the full amount for the first night's accommodation, will be debited from the credit/debit card.

Non-Arrival Policy
The full cost of the first nights accommodation will be debited from the credit/debit card should you not arrive on the confirmed arrival date.
